STEP 1 — CONSULTATION

This is one of our favorite parts of the job. We get to learn about your business and your flooring needs. At this stage, we lay out all of your flooring options and make some recommendations based on your industry. For example: if you’re looking for commercial kitchen flooring epoxy, we might recommend adding some non-slip compound into the epoxy mixture.

STEP 2 — PREPARATION

A concrete floor needs to be prepped before applying an epoxy. What that means is all holes must be patched and all smooth surfaces have to be made coarse for adhesion. At the end of the preparation phase, we ensure not a speck of dust or debris is left on the concrete surface—as this could cause poor adhesion or bubbling.

STEP 3 — INSTALLATION

We take pride in our work, and we know our clients do too. That’s why we train all of our team members to the highest standards. Every single epoxy floor we apply, we do so with care. First step to installation is applying primer. Next, is the color and flake phase—this is only if color or other customized flooring design was requested. Once everything is dry, we apply the topcoat. This may be the most satisfying part of the job and it’s what gives an epoxy floor its brilliance and glassy appearance.
